Everybody eats food to fill the stomach and the purpose of the food is to keep the body healthy and provide proper nutrition. But is the food we are consuming in which all the essential elements can be imagined to be healthy?
Diet is the source of our power and development. Where carbohydrates and fats communicate the power of the power, the same proteins play the role of proper repair of our body and the repair of any unhealthy condition. Apart from this, there are vitamins and minerals which play an important role in keeping our body's various mechanisms clean. But are all proteins, minerals and vitamins getting our food completely? Yes, I can not find it.
